The Hotel is centrally located and is close to all shopping & tourist areas. It is safe for women Travellers and families. The staff services are great. The rooms are neat and housekeeping services were excellent. The rooms were cleaned daily and all essentials replenished on a regular basis. Only hotel that I have come across till date with such excellent services.

Excellent option to stay in Bangalore. Before choosing to stay here was abit apprehensive looking at the building entrance but went ahead nonetheless considering brand Sarovar Portico association. Though the lobby is small and doesn't give a grand hotel feeling, but the rooms and service absolutely makes up for it. The staff are helpful and customer focused. The rooms are spacious and the shower is the best part. Breakfast is wide variety along with live Dosa and Omelette counter. The food was great too. The locality has several eating options at walking distance. At a Short walk, there are several shopping options too. The location of the hotel is so ideally placed that you are near all the busy areas, yet in a peaceful location. Just a couple of things not toy liking were the window in the room fixed with a film which blocks outside view completely. And the second part is the key card needs to be activated every day at the reception to be able to access the rooms. Other than that a value for money stay.

Was in Bengaluru to attend a wedding at Malleshwaram. Great locational advantage as the hotel is situated In a central place. Staff were courteous - special mention to Mr. Vittaldas and two security staff Santhosh and Thomas very helpful indeed. Points for improvement: quality check required before guests arrive in as the hairdryer and locker were not working. AC needs improvement. Choice of mattress required . Otherwise had a good stay.

Located at the heart of Malleswaram and a walking distance from Mantri Square, this unassuming hotel gets a lot of things right. They have value for money rooms with good amenities. I had no issues. While the food was also supposed to be good, I didnt have the option of trying given the many local places around. The only reason for a 4/5 is the location itself. If multiple guests came in cars it’s trouble. Similarly, the hotel is at a very unassuming location. No driveway. Appears to be more of a business hotel that I’d chosen for a personal stay.
