Hi, I’m Rohan Bhalerao, and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grand Continent Premiere, Banjara Hills. From the moment I walked in until the time I checked out, the entire experience was genuinely comfortable, welcoming, and far better than I expected. The ambience of the hotel immediately stood out to me. There is a very pleasant, elegant and well-maintained atmosphere throughout the property. Everything feels thoughtfully looked after, and the overall environment gives you that feeling of being able to relax the moment you arrive. The rooms were excellent — clean, comfortable, spacious enough, and very well maintained. What I particularly appreciated was the attention to cleanliness and the fact that everything was kept in proper condition. You can tell that the housekeeping and maintenance teams take their work seriously. A special mention to the reception team. The people at the front desk were warm, polite and approachable, and the check-in experience was smooth. They made me feel welcomed rather than simply treated like another guest checking into a hotel. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, the response was courteous and helpful, which made a big difference to the overall stay. I also want to appreciate the cleaning and housekeeping staff. Their work often goes unnoticed, but it really contributes to how comfortable a hotel feels. My room and the common areas were consistently clean and well maintained, and I genuinely appreciated the effort behind that. The restaurant was another highlight. The atmosphere was pleasant, the food was enjoyable, and the restaurant staff were attentive without being intrusive. Their politeness and willingness to help made dining there feel comfortable and relaxed. It’s the kind of service where you notice the people behind it, not just the service itself. Overall, what I liked most about Grand Continent Premiere was the consistency. From the reception to the rooms, housekeeping, maintenance and restaurant team, everyone seemed to be working towards giving guests a comfortable experience. There were small touches throughout the stay that made me feel looked after, and that is something I genuinely value in a hotel. A big thank you to the entire Grand Continent Premiere team for making my stay such a pleasant one. I’m leaving with a very positive impression of the property and, more importantly, of the people working there. I would absolutely recommend Grand Continent Premiere, Banjara Hills, and would be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Hyderabad.

I recently had a wonderful stay at your hotel in Banjara hills Hyderabad. Starting from reception staff to the cleaning team, every member was absolutely outstanding. The level of attitude and hospitality made such an impression that I actually extended my stay for another full week just to enjoy it longer! I would like to extend a special mention Thanks to Mr. Vinay. His prompt service, helpful attitude truly stood out. Guest for him is Hight priority as such even after working hours as well he responded to our requests, keep this good work up Mr Vinay Always active with healthy smile. It is rare to see such attention to service. Thank you to the entire team, and especially Vinay, for making my time in Hyderabad so comfortable and memorable. We visited this hotel for a business trip and had a very pleasant stay. The rooms were comfortable, the food was good, and the restaurant ambiance was quite nice and relaxing. We would especially like to appreciate Ms. Kajal and Ms. Naina for their excellent hospitality and attentive service during breakfast. Their polite and professional approach made our dining experience even better. Overall, it was a satisfying experience, and we would be happy to visit again.
