1. Standard Rate (Flexible Booking)

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before 2:00 PM on the day of arrival (local hotel time).
  • Cancellations or modifications made after this cutoff will incur a 100% charge of the first night’s stay.
  • No-show scenarios are treated as late cancellations and subject to 100% charge of the entire booking.

2. Non‑Refundable Rate (Advance Purchase)

  • Designed for guests seeking the lowest possible rate.
  • 100% prepayment is collected at the time of booking.
  • Non‑refundable and non-changeable—no modifications, refunds, or date changes allowed.

3. Group & Corporate Bookings

  • Separate cancellation terms apply and will be stipulated in your contract or corporate agreement.
  • Unless otherwise specified, standard cancellation fees apply.

4. Special Packages & Promotions

  • For stays booked under special promotional packages (festivals, retreats, etc.), specific cancellation policies may apply. These will be clearly mentioned during booking.

5. Early Departure(“Short Stay”)

  • If you check out earlier than your confirmed departure date, no refunds will be issued for the unused nights.

6. How to Modify or Cancel

You may modify or cancel your booking via:

  • Your confirmation email link
  • The My Account section on our website
  • Calling the hotel directly (contact details on the “Contact” page)
  • Emailing our reservations team at info@grandcontinenthotels.com

7. Refund Process

  • Refunds (on eligible bookings) are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • If you don’t receive your refund by then, please contact info@grandcontinenthotels.com.

8. Force Majeure / Unforeseen Events

  • In events such as natural disasters, civil unrest, or travel restrictions, Grand Continent Hotels reserves the right to waive cancellation fees at its discretion.
  • Please contact us as early as possible so we can assist with rescheduling or refunding your booking.
