Mrs. Vidya Ramesh is one of the Promoters and Whole-Time Director of our Company. She holds a bachelor’s degree of Science in Mathematics from University of Madras and Diploma in Advanced Secretarial Course from Datamatics Institute of Management, Madras. She has work experience of more than 12 years in the hotel management industry. She has been associated with the Company from its inception.

Deepthi Shiva

Deepthi is a creative designer for Grand Continent, contributing significantly by designing the company’s logo and uniforms. Her passion for the technical aspects of cinematography also led her to create a stunning video about the hotel Degree in Visual Communication from Loyola College.

V. Swaminathan

Mr. V Swaminathan is a Non – Executive Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in arts (Honours Course) in Economics from University of Delhi and Master’s degree in Finance and Control from University of Delhi. He has experience of more than 33 years in various fields of corporate advisory, merchant banking and portfolio management business. He is currently Director of PAS Digital Private Limited.Previously, he has worked as a Whole-time Director at Wealth Management Advisory Services Limited, a SEBI registered Portfolio Management company wherein he helped establish Portfolio Management business. He has acted as an Assistant Vice President & Vice President with SMIFS Capital Markets Limited and as a Financial Analyst with P.N. Vijay Financial Services Private Limited. He has been associated with the Company from May 31, 2024.

Chandrasekhar Sundaram

Mr. Chandrasekhar Sundaram serves as a Non-Executive Independent Director on the Board of Grand Continent Hotels Limited. He is a Member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, along with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Honours) from the University of Delhi. With over 33 years of experience across financial planning, analysis, reporting, and controllership, Mr. Sundaram brings a strong financial and operational perspective to the Board. He has held senior leadership roles including Director – Finance at DXC Technology Company Mr. Sundaram joined the Board of Grand Continent Hotels on November 5, 2024, and continues to contribute to its financial governance, risk oversight, and long-term strategic planning.

He has vast work experience of more than 21 years in working with top brands in hotel management industry including as Chief Executive Officer of Sabari Inn Limited. Mr. Satish S Agrahar

Mr. Satish S Agarhar is a finance professional with over 25 years of experience in the hospitality and manufacturing Industry. Mr. Agrahar has held key leadership positions including CFO at Stonewood Hotels and Resorts Group, Financial Controller at Cidade De Goa Resort (Fomento Resorts and Hotels Ltd.), Director of Finance & Business Support at Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield and Crowne Plaza, Electronics City (IHG Group) and CFO of Goldfinch Hotels Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Agrahar has extensive expertise in financial management, accounting, treasury operations, project financing, budgeting, taxation, audits, and risk management. Mr. Agrahar has significant experience in project financing, loan syndication, financial strategy, and managing finance teams across multiple hotel properties and business divisions. Mr. Agrahar holds an MBA (Finance) from IGNOU, New Delhi, has completed CA Final Group I and CA Intermediate from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and holds a B.Com degree from Bombay University.

Abhijeet Shrivastava

Mr. Abhijeet Shrivastava is a seasoned hospitality leader with over 27 years of experience in hotel management, operations and strategy. Post starting his career with Hyatt Regency, Delhi he has successfully led large-scale operations, pre-openings, and business expansions across leading hotel chains including Lemon Tree, Citrus Hotels, Orange Tiger Hospitality. Mr. Abhijeet is recognized for driving profitability, enhancing guest experience, and building highperformance teams. He holds a degree in Hotel Management and has pursued advanced professional development at Cornell University, IIM, XLRI, and Fore School of Management.
Company Secretary and Compliance Officer

Uma Jhawar

Mrs. Uma Jhawar (Membership. No. A73572) is a qualified Company Secretary and a proud member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She has been associated with GCH from past 1.5 years as an assistant Company Secretary and possesses experience of IPO related compliances and post listing compliances with the various statutory bodies. Prior to joining GCH, she successfully completed her 24-months training under the guidance of Mr. Niraj Soni & Associates, followed by an enriching internship experience at VCAN Practicing Company Secretaries having exposure in corporate governance and regulatory compliances.

Mr Sunil Mathur has been associated with GCH since June 24, 2024 as the COO. He steps down from an executive role and retains his relationship in an advisory role to the organization, bringing to GCH a world of knowledge, experience and goodwill. Mr. Sunil Mathur comes with 45+ years’ experience in managing marquee properties and chain network hotels around the world across organizations including Oberois, ITC hotels, Leela Group, Dusit Thani, Wyndham, Newby Teas, Choice Hospitality (India), K Raheja Corp & Sabari Inn.
