⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) – Pleasant Stay with Great Staff and Spacious Sea View Rooms We had a very good stay at Grand Continent Hotel, Morjim, Goa. Overall, I would rate it 4 out of 5 stars. The location of the hotel is good, and the overall experience was pleasant. The staff members are extremely cooperative and genuinely try hard to keep guests happy. They pay attention to small requirements and make sincere efforts to understand guests’ needs. Even though we visited during the off-season, all the basic facilities were available and functioning well. One major advantage for vegetarian travellers is that they do serve vegetarian food, which was quite convenient for us. The swimming pool and restaurant are good, and the sea view rooms are highly recommended. The rooms are exceptionally spacious with a nice balcony where you can comfortably sit, enjoy a cup of tea or coffee, and spend quality time. Although the weather is a bit humid during this season, the balcony experience is enjoyable. There are a few areas that need improvement, which is why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5. On the first day, the air conditioner was leaking, and water was falling from it. However, the issue was repaired the next morning. Another concern was the availability of trained staff during late-night hours. After 11 PM, there were limited staff members available to assist with certain requests. For example, I needed help operating the room locker, but no one could assist me and I was asked to wait until the morning staff arrived. Even the next day, this issue could not be resolved properly. The bathroom size was adequate, but a couple of taps were not functioning properly and require better maintenance. On the positive side, hot and warm water is available round the clock, and the water pressure is excellent. The hotel provides basic toiletries, but the quantity is limited. They can certainly improve in this area. However, additional toiletries are provided upon request. Overall, this is a good family-friendly hotel, especially for travellers looking for spacious rooms, cooperative staff, vegetarian food options, and a peaceful stay near Morjim Beach. With a few improvements in maintenance and late-night guest support, it can easily become a 5-star experience.

Stayed at Grand Continent Morjim Goa for 4 nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. The rooms are quite big and spacious, which made the stay very comfortable. The room also had a nice view of the pool along with a partial sea view, which was definitely a plus point. A little more attention to cleanliness and room maintenance would make the overall stay experience even better. Breakfast was decent, though we expected a few more options during our stay. Interestingly, we noticed a better spread on the checkout day. The location is very good — close to the beach and situated in a peaceful area, perfect for a relaxing vacation. Room service was good and the food we ordered in the room was tasty and well prepared. The staff were very helpful, polite, and supportive throughout the stay. Overall, it was a great stay and we enjoyed our time here.

Stayed at Grand Continent Morjim recently and had a mixed experience overall. The best part of the stay was definitely the kitchen staff. Chef Arindam and the other chefs were extremely courteous and went out of their way to arrange Jain food for us, which we really appreciated. The rooms were also clean, spacious, and had all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The reception staff was polite too, but the service was quite slow at times. Coming to the downsides, while the beach is around an 8–10 minute walk away, the alley leading to it is not very well maintained. The hotel itself is also located in a narrow lane with limited parking space. Although the rooms were spacious, something about the overall vibe felt slightly off. We had booked a sea view room, but the sea was barely visible from the balcony. We also requested an upper-floor room, but were told none were available. Another inconvenience was transportation. There’s a taxi stand near the hotel, and the staff mentioned that Goa Miles taxis are generally not allowed there, so we ended up paying higher taxi fares every time. Overall, decent stay because of the helpful kitchen staff and clean rooms, but there are definitely areas where the experience could be improved.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Grand Continent! The rooms are very spacious, neat, and beautifully maintained. Waking up to the relaxing palm tree views from the room was truly refreshing. The swimming pool is also very clean and well maintained, perfect for a relaxing time with family. One of the best things about the hotel is its location — Morjim Beach is just a 10-minute walk away, making it super convenient to enjoy the beach anytime. The restaurant experience was equally amazing. The morning buffet had a good variety of delicious items, and the food quality was excellent throughout our stay. Special appreciation to the helpful and polite staff who made the experience even more comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended for a peaceful and enjoyable stay in Goa!

We were welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism. The check-in process was fast, and the staff was friedly. Room: Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with every comfort I could ask for. The room was really big. Food : excellent coffee, food was okay Service: What truly set this hotel apart was the staff. Their attentiveness, kindness, and genuine smiles made my stay unforgettable. We will defiantly recommend this place
