1. Introduction


These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all bookings, stays, and use of services across properties operated or managed under Grand Continent Hotels Limited. By making a reservation or staying at any hotel under the Grand Continent Hotels brand, you agree to abide by these Terms.

2. Bookings & Rates

  • Rate plans: Standard (Flexible) and Non‑Refundable (Advance Purchase) are offered. Standard rates allow free cancellation up to 24 hours before 2:00 PM local hotel time on the day of arrival; otherwise 100% first-night charge applies. Non‑refundable rates require full prepayment and are not eligible for modification or refundgrandcontinenthotels.com+1grandcontinenthotels.com+1grandcontinenthotels.com.
  • Corporate/Group Orders: Special terms apply and must be stipulated in corporate agreements.

3. Cancellation & No‑Show

  • If the guest does not arrive (“no-show”), standard cancellation penalties apply (100% of first night or full booking charge depending on plan).
  • Early departure: Guests checking out before the confirmed date are not eligible for refund on unused nightsgrandcontinenthotels.com.

4. Payment & Refunds

  • Refunds for eligible bookings will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please contact info@grandcontinenthotels.com if not received grandcontinenthotels.com.

5. Modifications

  • Guests may modify or cancel bookings through the confirmation email link, the “My Account” section on the website, or by contacting reservations directly via phone or email grandcontinenthotels.com.

6. Force Majeure


In cases such as natural disasters, civil unrest, or travel restrictions, Grand Continent Hotels may, at its discretion, waive cancellation fees, and assist with rescheduling or refunding bookingsgrandcontinenthotels.com+15grandcontinenthotels.com+15grandcontinenthotels.com+15.

7. Check‑in / Check‑out & Property Rules (example)

  • Check‑in and check‑out hours are as per the individual property; commonly 2 PM check‑in and 11 AM check‑out.
  • Required ID: valid government ID must be presented at check‑in (Passport, Aadhar, Driver License).
  • No smoking, no pets (unless permitted), and outside food prohibited as per property policy (see specific hotel property pages) makemytrip.com.

8. Liabilities & Guest Conduct

  • Guests are responsible for hotel property or equipment damage caused during their stay.
  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or eviction for non‑compliance with conduct rules, inebriation, theft, harassment, or illegal activities.

9.  Privacy & Data Protection

Please refer to the Privacy Policy below for how guest data is collected, used, and protected.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka (where Grand Continent Hotels is headquartered).

11. Updates to Terms

Grand Continent Hotels reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Revised versions will be made available on the website.
